Advisors are able to provide competitive market rates for bridging loans and secure the transaction on behalf of their clients often under extreme or complicated circumstances that require a fast response and smooth transaction.

There will be a fee for mortgage advice, payable upon completion. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will be 1% of the loan i.e. £1000 on a £100,000 mortgage. This fee will not be charged if you are referred to our specialist arm Arc & Co. Structured Finance for advice on bridging finance.  Neither Arc & Co.
